My appointment with my academic adviser got cancelled at the last minute.

I woke up. I swear this happens to me every day.

Anxiety.

One of the newspapers, not sure which one, referring to this as a new era on it's front page. Not sure what they mean exactly, but it's a little disturbing.

I forgot to take my Adderall before I went to work so today was.... Difficult.

Fear of and for the future
Acute fear for my future.
Thinking about 5 years from now terrifies me.
Been verging on anxiety attacks for awhile, got a prescription for Prozac, got chest pains so BAD from that,I wound up in the E.R.
Feel trapped in many ways.

The possibility of my mom being stranded in her native land
where she has been staying at since the end of February.

She called earlier today and told my NT sister and I that cases of the coronavirus virus in her native land have gone up to 86 from 40 over the course of the past several days.

Not knowing how much, if anything, I'll get back.

People going outside in my city to drink.

That this whole week has felt like an eternity and if I have to stay in my apartment for weeks or even months my brain will deteriorate. This is something I feared of happening for years, and now here it is.

My mother suggested I go out for walks when the weather is good, but just going downstairs to put the trash out feels like a major achievement. And there's no place interesting for me to walk to anymore.

I have to make a phone call. I hate doing that.

LIFE! Everything is happening right now is depressing, maybe that why I’m having trouble getting out of bed, I can get out of bed in the afternoon. I wish I have a friend here in my city that understand Aspergers & me, alot of the time I felt like I don’t fit in here in my town. There parents in my town with Autism children, but alot of times these days, I’m a child trapped in an adult body

XH, what else. he makes a point of saying things to hurt me, but i don't realize it was intended to make me feel bad, till afterwards. as usual.

Oregon will be the next state to go into lockdown because of the coronavirus.

Governments all across Oregon will call it "Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Safe" and not "Shelter In Place."

Leaders all across Oregon have mentioned that if this happens, it will not be on
the same level as California or New York.
