My friend's cat passed away. I saw that beautiful cat and I went to bed crying last night.

Italy's death toll tops China's from COVID-19. My tennis instructor is from Italy and I am part Italian.

Don't know how much, if any, of my life I will get back.

Roller-coaster-ing temperatures (and pressures) mean this is the fourth migraine I've had this week.

Oregon will be the next state to go into lockdown because of the coronavirus.

Leaders all across Oregon have mentioned that if this happens, it will not be on
the same level as California or New York.

sounds like the same thing.

The fan for my computer's power supply started rattling today, and appears to have a slight wobble. Stresses me out. It is apparently covered by a warranty if it's bought from the manufacturer or an authorized retailer, which it wasn't. So I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get it replaced without just buying another power supply. Which sucks.
I planned to buy a bigger psu eventually, in order to do a lot of other upgrades, but I've got to wait a while for the rest of it (cpu, gpu) for various reasons. I'm pretty sure I could go with the larger one I planned on right now without doing any damage to the rest of the system, but it won't be as efficient.
I'm fairly confident that I could replace the psu's fan with one of the four that I have on hand right now. A little scared of the high powered capacitors, but I'm sure I could find enough information to do the job without zapping myself. I'd actually really enjoy hardware hacking my power supply. But that would void any potential warranty, and the psu is only about a month and a half old. So I don't feel like I should have to replace the fan in it yet (for another ten years or so, really).
Really hoping it will hang on long enough for me to figure out what to do about it.

I don't know what you specifically are going through but Teach51 mentioned something on the Coronavirus discussion thread.

Please PM me (or someone else that you feel more comfortable with) if it's something serious ...which it sounds like.

This is basically a community of non-phonies who sincerely care, as far as I have seen

Whilst driving to my daughters my NT wife without warning told me that we had to go to the supermarket. Had I had prior warning then I could have prepared myself for this but as it transpired if felt as though I was on the dual carriageway one moment and in a shop full people the next. This would have been bad enough without the added layer of anxiety that the C issue presents. I was unhappy. She does know how important it is not to spring this kind of thing on me but she does lapse at times.
