I'm upset about all the people I know who have lost their jobs, their security, their health, and in some cases their loved ones because of this living nightmare. One friend has a son stuck in Peru on military lockdown and I feel so much empathy I don't even know what to say to her. People are fighting with their partners and their families, and some people have nowhere to go on quarantine because they can't stay in their home.

Wake me when this ends.

I have my first ever non-sinus-related toothache that hasn't gone away fairly rapidly. And a phobia of having dental problems. Debating whether to tell my mom and have her schedule an appointment with my dentist tomorrow (assuming it still hurts then) or just see if brushing more and getting my gums into better shape will address the issue.

I forgot about flossing, that will help my gum health. I just somehow managed to get out of the habit of brushing/flossing, probably due to sensory issues, and have never been able to get back into it. I've been trying to massage the gum around the tooth with my tongue since it hurts if I touch the tooth with my finger, because I've been told before to do that for gum irritation. I'll set alarms on my phone to brush, floss, and massage my gums, and hopefully that will help me actually do it. It does feel more like hypersensitivity than anything else, which points in the direction of it being a gum problem, I think. Thank you for the advice :)
