The hand is a Russian propaganda style hand. 
Also the o's are a type of Russian symbol I believe.
This isn't my best since I just threw it together I've made one with Vladimir Lenin holding a USSR flag saying: Workers Unite! I can't find it though...

Found it! It was underneath my nightstand.
Here you are! The only thing I don't like about it is how broad her shoulders are. Oh well.
