I don't think her shoulders are too broad, Makayla.
You should color your pictures more often. 
I personally like coloring more than the actual drawing.

The reason why I tend to finish my paintings faster than drawings: I get straight down to the colors instead of making a sketch, thinking about anatomy, lineart, etc.

All my blues are actually really intense, as you could see from the picture. Best set of colored pencils I've ever had.
I'm the exact opposite, I worry about the lineart and the anatomy, the proportioning... drawing hands...
