Ate some See's candy.

after all the vehicle breakdowns, i went for the walk with the sheep,
alright that was, and everybody out was ok too,
i might want to check now, though

the last board went in place alright, but i must take it out again, for some support adjustments

Husband and I watched old music videos this morning, and talked about music.

I finally found and installed weather seal strip along my front door. It has been getting increasingly drafty. The best part of the deal is that the kit was missing the all important mounting screws requiring a return trip for an exchange and was then given not only the missing screws, but a refund. The whole thing only cost a bit more time and gas to make the trip, not too bad, eh?

I didn't have any problems in terms of health today.

Tried out my new cheapo bluetooth earphones with my white noise phone app at the gym today. All that vile gym-noise vanished into a "sssshhhh". What a calming experience.

I did all of my short term goals before 8am. I went to sleep at a decent time, got up earlier than normal, and went for a run after dropping the kids off at school. Feels good. I missed running.
