Good to see you back.
My Catahoula Leopard Cur.She came in the house the other day with a blood all over her,a ripped ear.She was shaking it and the whole house looked like a crime scene,blood splatter everywhere.

^ You're not hallucinating: the tree is burning from within.
It's a pity the photo doesn't convey the roar of the flames.
It was quite surreal.

You know, I have no idea.
All the bush around it was unscathed.
They say excessively hot days can ignite the natural flammable oils in eucalypt leaves - maybe that's what happened?
We were wondering what the noise was and my partner spotted the burning tree across the gully.
Maybe it was an act of the devil :twisted:
