I dreamt I was sitting at a white table, across from a doctor I used to work for, in a hospital cafeteria, she was dressed in her scrubs with a white lab coat and stethoscope over them and with a bouffant over her blonde hair, we were both eating lunch and discussing modern tech and the web, then I found myself in my old workplace locker room, only without anybody telling me, it had been turned into the women's locker room, and a woman was in there changing out, she seemed amused that I had not gotten the memo.

if you do get them again, pay special attention to them, look for minor details.
