I have a really bad headache

It's really saddening to see majorities thinking ASD = permanent antisocial alienation. I know better but my subconscious can't help parroting all this negativity.

I hope the global civil rights movement sticks better than the old American one did.

Sadly a lot of people's understandings are based on outdated stereotypes and inaccurate notions due to lack of contact and fear of public self-identification.

That also sounds generic enough it doesn't just apply to us, even if it certainly does apply to us.

Oh well, Courtney Love has an ASD diagnosis. Maybe she can be our public face. I don't think we'll all turn up dead mysteriously.

Anxiety

Didn't sleep well last night. It took me a long time to fall asleep.

Woke up after 4 am itching, I had to go to the bathroom too. I bring my phone to bed, I use it for a clock, I woke up after 9:30, I went on OkCupid on my phone, I talk to a guy, I was still in bed, I fell asleep, woke up almost at 1. My foot was badly hurting.

My friend is anxious. I think she is feeling a bit better as we talked about our mutual love of cats.

I've come to realize how deeply infected with those who condone and support white supremacy a community I was a member of your years was and still is. It's disappointing to leave, but they can't tolerate that and claim to be inclusive. A pack of needledicks who feel that they can't buy a little General Lee with the battleflag of racist traitors painted on the top is a bigger concern than regular reports of police murdering citizens and getting away with it.

Where one of my vertebrae is out of place has started to hurt again for seemingly no reason. I can't even sit/stand straight without the middle of my back burning.

Still wishing I could at least help bring in groceries, or scoop the cat’s litterbox, or even just get from the living room to the bathroom or up/down the stairs without taking at least one rest break, still not able to do any of the above, no answers until June 16 at the absolute earliest.

My mom told me off for feeding the dog this morning.

Waiting for a phone call and my mom won't get off the phone. She is doing small talk with the neighbor and my call is from work.
