The driver who cut me off on the freeway to get into the diamond lane was pulled over almost immediately by the Highway Patrol officer whom he also cut off. Schadenfreude from Karma.

Being at my neighborhood library and finding a pair of books in the Spanish-language section.

My professor suggested I read or watch anything that is in Spanish because it may help me get a better grade than the one I have now.

Nitrous oxide is an anti-anxiety medicine that is inhaled. Works quickly and goes away quickly. Useful for dental work when one has high anxiety about dental work.

It has entirely changed my attitude towards going to the dentist.

That and the independent handmade ice cream parlor just across the street. I treat myself after every dentist visit. (I have a lot of them due to failing teeth.)

So I sit in the dentist chair, high on nitrous, and dream of what kind of ice cream sundae I'm going to have.
