And this made you unhappy?

Personally, I'm happy when my parcels arrive.

Apparently I can’t be trusted to take my meds properly. For the past few weeks, there have been a couple days each week where I was sure I’d taken my meds, but it turned out that I hadn’t. Then this morning, apparently somehow I took my evening meds instead of my morning ones. If I can’t be trusted to take my meds properly, there is exactly zero chance that I ought to be living on my own anytime soon

Have you tried having a.m. / p.m. dispenser for your tablets?

Something like this should help, especially if you set two alarms on your phone to help you remember.

There are other styles that have three or four time sections per day if needed (three meals plus bedtime).

You aren't "untrustworthy". Medicine can get confusing!

I have a three-slot week pill box (I used to take something around midday but don’t anymore), I just took from the wrong end this morning. I have alarms set but I’m really bad about using them properly, which is something I really need to work on because alarms for other things than meds would also be helpful to make sure everything gets done, if I’d just actually stop what I’m doing and go do the thing the alarm’s set for.

I woke up with another ear infection in the same ear. I keep having recurrent ear infections, but I'm too afraid to go to the doctor since I'm going to need to get those tubes in my ear.

My cat just escaped and climbed up a tree right next to a busy street! She isn't listening to me and it's really windy, loud cars and cyclists passing by and it's hell. Actual hell.

People are passing by just wishing me good luck.

Anxiety

There a profile pic on Facebook in my town group page that is upsetting me & making me cry. There were mama & baby bear in the pic, a couple of people claimed that the bears attracted them, I don’t know if it was true. There are ALOT of wildlife animals where I live, there are bears, deers, bucks, peacocks, lions & more. Anyway, some people tranquilize the bears, the person that tranquil the baby bear, that person overdosed the baby one & died, I want to cry all over again. I don’t know why I’m sooo emotional, maybe cuz of my Aspergers, I don’t know.
