I'll be going to the food pantry later. That's always a positive thing.

Yes, I sleep better.

I don't think I did probably because fish die easily and become stinky. I had pet caterpillars though.

Christmas and my birthday.

Yes, especially on weekends.

Any sort of bad news event. I'd rather not hear about it, because thinking about all that negativity is bad for one's health.
