The problem that I can't find something to do outside of my house. You would think living in a big city would make it easier but for me it doesn't.
I ask my family if they have any ideas but it always end up with "go to game stop." Game stop isn't a big place and also new games don't come out that often, there is the problem also that I'm tired of playing video games because that's what I did pretty much all my life. I'm also tired of being in the house so why would I go to a game store if I'm tired of playing video games and don't want to be in the house?
What sorts of things are you interested in? I'm assuming your location is still accurate, so one thing to consider is that Thursdays there's free admission within the museum district downtown. I know parking downtown can be very costly, but there are ways around that if you're willing and able to do some walking. There's also several parks within the city.
I can't claim to know a lot of things to do within Houston since I don't really go out all that much either, but it's a start.
