So I put the spoons down next to the forks, and then I straightened a couple crooked knives, and I thought I was all done when I realized I'd left the napkins in the other room! I retrieved those and placed one in front of each chair. Except for Kathy's of course. Her son's school science fair was on the same night, so she didn't go, but let me tell you, she missed the most exciting gardening talk the girls and I have ever had! Jean bought these gorgeous new petunias and she brought pictures, so we looked at those for about half an hour. Leslie told us this hilarious story about how she thought she'd bought azaleas, but they weren't even rhododendrons at all! Then Dorothy spent a couple hours telling us all about this new fertilizer she bought for her pansies.

So it looks like there will be another nice day on the horizon.........

I've got to get out of my warm bed into the dark, cold, early morning just to go to work. I'd rather chew my own face off!

Now I'm on the train, in the dark, traveling home from work. Where did the day go?

Boy am I glad I didn't chew my face off this morning!

I haven't worn anything wooly since I was 5 years old and freaked out after having to put on my brand new wooly, SCRATCHY school jumper - and that was 42 years ago.

I got busted hand flapping at work the other day. The woman was walking through my section - I thought I was alone - she just gave me this weird grin (almost knowing) and continued walking out. Oh well

A free BBQ was held today at my school.

Cloudy, rainy.......... hopefully it'll go away and the sun will shine tomorrow.

It is sunny right now in Portland.
