Quote:
An enterprising farmer has made his own face mask by adapting a bra.

Matty Behan, 64, is certainly cup to the challenge of protecting himself and those around him from coronavirus by stocking up on essentials.

But the one thing he couldn’t get was a face mask but while in a local shop he had his eureka moment.

Matt, from Gorey, Co Wexford, said: "I came upon them and the thought just struck me.

“Now I have a face mask, two in fact.

“I went to a self-pay counter so there was no lady behind the counter.

“I held the bra close so it was all done quietly.
“I got two masks for the price of one. The bra cost €10 so I got a mask for a fiver!”

You cant make this stuff up lol.
Reminds me of

^ Up until this pandemic I genuinely believed that spring break was a film/tv conceit... and not a real world event!

Hate to ruin your joke, but diarrhea can be a symptom of Covid-19. About 30% gets it, apparently. Stomach ache for as many as 8 days have also been reported. It's been seen often enough here that doctors have been told to look out for it.

Don't worry, the Corona Virus won't last long... It was made in China.

Since everybody has now started washing their hands, the peanuts at the bar have lost their taste.

Recently found a half-full bottle (not 'half-empty' -- an optimist's advocate) of mouthwash almost one-year beyond it's expiration date.

With current events requiring us to improvise & be ever more resourceful, I've been applying this to the toilet after..........each use. Now the bottle of (expired date) mouthwash is one-tenth full (again - not 90 percent empty - the optimist). My toilet never smelled so breath-fresh!!

  So glad the above light-heartedness........PASSES THE SMELL-TEST!!

So far no other symptoms and today was "quiet". Back to the laughs.
