The anniversary of my mother's death.

Anxiety

Having what feels like very mild symptoms of a cold or allergy since yesterday (itchy, runny nose, sneezing, pain behind my left eye, sensitivity to sunlight), and being worried it's early symptoms of Covid 19. And even if it isn't, I'm worried about not being able to go out and buy my groceries that I really need and being forced into quarantine, or that I'm overreacting and making a big deal out of nothing.

I knew going shopping right after the checks came out this week was a bad idea, there were tons of people around even though I wore a mask end even a face shield together and sanitized my hands constantly.

How strict the worlds are. Along with how others react to it.

The fact I even bothered about knowing it, along with others' flight.

Waking up from a lucid dream I was having before I could do more things! I think I accidentally woke myself up, either way, I hate it when my dreams end too quickly and before I can do something I really want to do, especially if it's something I cannot do in the real world/when I'm awake! And I rarely lucid dream!

This one just happened literally seconds ago: someone's car alarm going off! Boy is it loud!

Did not sleep well last night.

Anxiety.

Realizing that my depression is probably back for the zillionth time (I refer to it as cyclic depression, because I’ll be fine for several months or even years, then it will hit me hard again for several months/years, then ease up, and so on - it mostly goes away sometimes but always returns full-force regardless of what treatment(s) I am/have received. But I have never had any mania or hypomania in my life, so it isn’t bipolar disorder - I only get the lows, not the highs.)
