I got rid of a bunch of weights, and I'm now unemployed and can't afford to replace them now that I'm back on another fitness kick. So, I am looking for, and finding, new ways of using just body weight, exercise bands and some small dumbells and ankle weights, to get in some pretty good strength training exercises. There's lots I don't like about the internet age, but having access to people who have figured this stuff out and shared it on youtube is sure a blessing. When I was younger this stuff would come in magazines, at several dollars a piece, a little at a time, or it would be on video, order without previewing, suffer someone who knows less than many youtubers do.

Does that mean you are recording them and cleaning them up digitally, or are you physically cleaning them?

More shopping for groceries today stopped by a friend business , but saw he was there , looked like I just missed a bible study based on what the scene around the table looked like.

I made a theme song for my 'show'. We'll see if it turns into a real show. The pilot is about cancel culture.
I'm recording it right now. :nerdy:

Finished repairing a pair of trousers. They always wear through at the same point in the seams, leaving everything else absolutely fine. After a couple of failed attempts, I came up with this fix involving 2 overlapping crescent-shaped patches on the inside. If it holds up, I can rescue some more pairs that way.
