I am f*****g disgusted with what ruminants inside my head lately.. the most weird and random horrible things come to mind and no f*****g in anyway is it in my nature or character! I'm disgusted at myself! Hope I physically die in my sleep! My dreams are of suicide and drowning. Ive gone and talked to health professionals and hospital ER's for help to no avail. I must take myself out!

Executive dysfunction
