today is an extremely sunny day, mild temperature, fine weather to go out
the old lady who lives below me is in
watching her TV at the usual extreme volume levels

this is more than irritating
this is a major cause of distress and sensory overload meltdowns in me

people think that because i have a higher IQ than 70
and because i do not get carers to make my food, clean my home and accompany me

I am in no need of any thing so am not disabled
just an ongoing struggle for a man with ASD in a world that doesn't care
and that refuses to help because of their lack of understanding on the subject
