It was very nice. We stayed in a five star hotel, tried out a lot of different local food and visited many historical sites

Well we could go out not to far from where the conference is being held and do something. Or we could goof off at the conference.

I swear, I was scaring my step-dad a little bit when I went to go do my chin-ups. 
Once I start working out, I just wanna keep doing it.
I've only been working out a week and a half, and I've lost about 13 pounds.
