List of things to discount over my sleep problem;
Anxiety Nope. Attained 'emptiness', attained relaxed state, doesn't make sense.
Depression Inconsistent. Would've make sense if it's consistent.
'PMS' Inconsistent, yet likely worsens. Possible trigger through hormones though.
Adrenal Fatigue Getting rid of it made me physically more relaxed, yes. But doesn't do still with sleep debt.
Screen Time Tested a week straight -- only attained more lax mind (for not needing much to read). No significant change.
Bedtimes and Cycles Inconsistent. Only works well if balanced to begin with.
Sugar and Glucose Intake Tested a month straight. Inconsistent. Better sinus comfort, no longterm change in sleep.
Nasal Congestion No, still. There's shallow breathing, drier mouth... No real change in sleep debt.
Meds Any form of antihistamines never helps, sleep problem solved or not.
Delta Waves. Effective for a whole month... Until reproductive cycle ruined it. I 'forgot' how to meditate now. May try again.
Sleep Positions. Requires more observation. Factors only if room condition is ideal and sinusitis is excluded.
Humidity Requires more observation. High humidity; sinus and discomfort trigger. Low humidity; dryness. 'Just Right' humidity -- cool dry season between Nov-Feb; better sleep.
Sleep Apnea Possible cause. Obstructive? Possible. Central? Very likely -- observed constant shallow breathing.
Other?'Getting sick every night' Cause? Multiple triggers, closely related to humidity.
