Even the President is. But Obama's position hasn't "evolved" yet to the point of approving of the other thing
, unlike in the case of the Pikachu I don't think the reason it hasn't is simply the lack of "stones".

My foreign languages are all things I can only read, or only know the alphabet or only 100 words of.
