There's mince in my oven, so I guess I'll be eating that soon.

Chik-fil-A sausage breakfast burrito - with the sausage and peppers meticulously removed - so that all remained was the egg, tortilla, and a few onions. MMmmm...

But it still tastes like sausage - muy caliente!

Well, I imagine your bloodsugar will tank in about an hour - but you knew that going in, right?

As far as the esophagus, keep eating that much grease and in about 15 years you'll end up with a fun little thing called GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) - which feels like an ulcer. I can only look longingly at the chicken nuggets and donut. If eat anything too solid-fatty I feel as if I've swallowed a broken bottle and its lodged deep in my throat. The GERD is healed but the sensitivity to fatty foods loves on.

Oh wow. That is scary 8O
Yeah my blood sugar is probably going to go off.. but that's why I ate the chicken nuggets. Protein lol. Hopefully its enough.

Usually I just eat a plain english muffin for breakfast.

But they just happened to have donuts in the breakroom this morning and who am I to deny fate?

Crackers. I skipped breakfast today and I skipped dinner last night. Not sure why. Nothing seems interesting enough to eat.

I'm off to the grocery store to remedy that.

Whole wheat pasta with marinara/meat sauce.
Garlic bread.
Salad with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and ranch dressing.

And a handful of granola.

I love good food :chef:

Now that I'm back from the grocery store with my salad dressing, I had a proper lunch. Turkey breast and a side salad with baby spinach leaves, cucumber, shredded carrots, red and green peppers, shredded cheese and raspberry viniagrette. :)
