A month ago i heard that distinct noise a bird makes as it flies into a window. Outside (unharmed) was a dazed Kingfisher, I took a few snaps before he flew away, it seemed perfect for a new avatar.

i hesitated a bit but i did so anyway.

coat is off, she's got a beanie now, necklace, no scarf or keffiyeh.

this time the background i drew completely separate, by hand then scanned it onto the computer.
was black and white but i changed the color to blue, just for this (the original is still on my folder, unaltered)

it's the royal standard.
