I stood outside in the heat (probably around 75-77F) and sun for a few minutes this afternoon, and it triggered an allodynia flareup.
Also, our land closing may be delayed due to slow lawyers. I do not like plan disruptions.

Very high anxiety over a dentist appointment, today's weather (supposed to be severe thunderstorms today), and the fact that I preordered a wireless N64 controller for my Switch's upcoming expansion pack and never got a confirmation email about it; I'm afraid they may have sold out...
