A local specialty called a garbage plate. Two cheeseburger patties over homefries and macaroni salad smothered in meaty hot sauce. Delicious! :D

Oven roasted garlic, thyme, and pepper chicken (two small chicken thighs) and greenbeans seasoned with sweet onion, smoked and salted pork from Smithfield, Virginia and I had hot chocolate with marshmellows to drink. I don't have a digital camera to take pictures of it and post in the other thread. So that's why I've written it out in this one. Yes, I eat the same thing often but not every single night.

Jailhouse burrito. You crush a pouch of ramen up, pour in the seasoning and just a little hot water, add crushed Doritos, roll the pouch around it, then wrap it in a towel and squeeze it for a few minutes. Delicious, salty, and portable.
