My eye is healing well and I was able to get the contact taken out.

My vision is still a bit hazy/blurry, but it's better than it was before.

Bought some new cat food for my kitty and he actually ate! It is special food for cats with renal failure.

^ It seems like renal failure is very common in elderly cats. I hope your cat's condition improves soon.

I used science and research to improve my exercise routine. I finally have abs exercises that are productive, and I learned a lot about arm muscles and added a targeted exercise to my routine.
