I'm trying to figure out how I've beaten the inertia before. I must convince myself that certain actions will prove beneficial and that some are intrinsically good. Discipline and moderation are important.

I think it's time that I forgive my parents for what they did to me between the ages 12 and 15 and listen to The Beatles as much as I listen to The Kinks. I won't feel sick as often, if I just let go of that grudge. Welcome back to my life, Beatles!
