Maybe, the pan is not hot enough or the batter wasnt mixed well enough therefore most of the flour rises to the top.....

Did that make sense? :lol:

The part about maybe not hot enough did. Ah, the rest did too but maybe a little bit extra butter (or oil) to start with could maybe also help a little.

Makes me hungry thinking about it.

Mine would be bilberry jam. But what is your preferred topping on the pancake?

reading, sitting at the computer, getting in the humour to interact socially on Saturday.

When you go to meet up with people do you try to think up topics of conversation before you meet them, so you won't get stuck having nothing to say?
