sometimes when i've been typing for awhile i'll put my hand in front of my face and forget how it got there because i didn't really it moving there. problem is that this when i'm typing reports and stuff.

it helps to keep your fingers extended and not rub them. if you rub them then you're just annoying the nerves

nope, it doesn't help your fingers. i used to pop my fingers all the time and after awhile it started to hurt
