I've learned that the last time that I've had a full night's sleep, was when Madonna was still a virgin. I'm used to sleeping only 5 to 7 hours a night.

I've learned that I should be the one in Hollywood making films but, then again I'm just some peasant in a far removed location..Still a wishful dream and all...

I learned today that I actually do have AS, I've had it for 51 years, I wasn't imagining it, and I'm not crazy.
I also learned that I've been clinically depressed for as long as I can remember.
Yay.

I've learned that my troubles are never that great nor beyond hope....

I learned that Jones Cherry soda tastes better than Big K Black Cherry soda. I also learned that one of my friends perceives me as having OCD-like symptoms. She says things have to be just right for me or I'm uncomfortable.

That I can't drink energy drinks, anymore. They're hard on my digestive track.

I did learn a bit about the body language.

The muddy substance i walked in with on the bottom of my shoe yesterday, was indeed, cat s**t.

I learned that it's much, much, much faster to right click and 'open in new tab'
when web-browsing, especially on youtube.

To let my mood lead me to the music.

I didn't learn this today, it's something I started doing last year and have become ocd about - I put all my food scraps, especially meat, into the deep freeze,
and then empty it into the bin on collection day.
woot!
Less flies, no stink... no maggots crawling through the kitchen when the kitchen bin goes unemptyied for a couple of days!
