reminds me of a girl i loved, she was very into Sailor Moon and anime in general, she spent 1000 dollars on a cosplay for Anime Expo.
still, i like it. that hair however, looks hard to maintain.

if they're colored other than blue, than yeah, once in a while. i'm not too fond of the texture, though. i prefer corduroy.
