I confess that I think I have something wrong with my heart. I have been having a stinging feeling that radiates up the side of my neck, into my jaw and sometimes down my left arm. Plus, my heart just ...hurts.

I confess I have to get myself to the doctor.

I confess it makes me feel better that somebody else is feeling the same way, and I confess I'm going to bed instead of killing myself right now. (It's 2:45 am where I live)
