There's always at least one intentional fault in these Muslim mosaics, and I think I have spotted one. Using percentual coordinates, origin at the lower left corner, the amber tile at X(%) = 0.7064, Y(%) = 0.3636, doesn't have a symmetrical twin.

You mean this part, snipped from the extreme lower left and right?
On the right-hand side, the three tiles blue-red-blue on the right edge of the vertical black border aren't matched on the left.
Probably one of many more...

It's a bit difficult to pinpoint the exact location I had in mind, but anyways the principle is clear. Like you said, it is probably one of many more. – Islamic artists insert these intentional faults to contrast human imperfection with divine perfection.

I feel just being human no mater how well you are at your craft it will never be perfect. No need to add mistakes,but do understand the sentiment expressed by it.
