I had two coworkers who each did small, helpful things.

One was a surprise because he had just asked me to lead a conference call because he was sick. But, when I was struggling & approaching frustration with misunderstanding the other person’s answers, he chimed in and simply reworded my question, and we got a whole new explanation that made sense. 8O :D

The other was a pleasant gift because I called someone late on a Friday—and he himself was busy and behind on tasks that were taking him longer than thought. He not only quick sent an email I asked, but he also IM’d me a helpful screenshot for use on a follow up for next week.

Thanks to all those still around on Friday and willing to lend a coworker a hand: the Susans, Jarods, Dixies, and Jameses of the world. :thumleft: :thumleft:  :D

Something that I lost, the most important of things, was given back to me in a way, which means the beginning. I want forever to be the ending. Love, and in my life as I am in hers.

it's actually quite touching, that distance separates us, absurd, but communication of feelings cross in the clear with the reaching between us, which would be disturbingly unreadable to anyone but us, a strange pair of humans there to be fair, but it's utterly beautiful, dreamable

It's still the weekend. And it's still dark out.

Took a walk. Saw several kinds of ferns, including string fern which is not all that common.
