I don't know that book. "It comes once a month." I thought you were insulting me and I had been debating and expecting attack. Sorry. It sometimes help to take a break from the computer or at least internet debate.

I've had plenty of personal attacks previously and you seem to be fairly new here by your joining date, so I figured you had a high probability of having multiple accounts.
