Do I look like a housecat to you? That is just insulting.

With the right training you could be a nice big house cat. I remember once on TV I saw something about a man that house trained a tiger.

Oh, just like you can be trained to be NT?

The younger frustrated Colin would of probably took such training, but not now. Being normal is too mainstream

The comment was designed to point out the irony of the impossible, which you are continuing to argue for in the fallacious position which you have placed yourself.

I was just having a bit of satire myself, the youthful frustration is true though. If this was a serious discussion, then its news to me. No need to belittle others just to give yourself some feeling of superiority.

Semi-serious, every joke contains some truth or it wouldn't be funny. Hence my satirical comment.

I was not belitting you, there is a difference between disagreeing with an opinion and belittling someone. Just because in this case the logic is fautly does not mean that you are faulty, not at all. Behaviour VS. person is diff / all the the diff. I can accept and disagree with an opinion or position and still respect the person saying it - like in this case.

My point was merely: we are constantly expected and assumed that we will be and act NT and then berated, judged and insulted for not doing so.... I thought you of all people would understand that no matter how much we act that will still happen because we will never be NT.

It seems futile to me to expect a cat to act like a dog, or a jaugar to act like a housecat as it does an aspie to act like an NT. No amount of "training" will ever change the nature of something - that is impossible.

After being attacked by 20 people last night. And then stating that I always am respectful despite differences. How do you come to that conclusion when it has absolutely no basis in fact?

That is an assumption and projection if ever I saw one.
I am not, and will never be, superior to you.
That fact that you think I would go down to that level is an insulting accusation which is unfounded.
Frustration with the way the word works (as evidenced by my facepalm) is not aimed at you - but the world in general.
