Worked up the courage to go for a walk wearing yoga shorts, rolled up even farther, and an extremely skimpy halter top.

I'm trying to get near infrared radiation. I hear it produces melatonin. Vitamin D, too, of course, from the UV. Going to do that again in just a bit. A little brisk (49F and windy) to be out like that! Need the exercise and the sunshine, though.

Went for another walk, though a construction zone. Saw someone fall off a pile of lumber and his buddy laughed at him. I wanted to look in their scrap bins for things suitable for improvised percussion, but felt very conspicuous. Will check it later tonight.

I'm pretty sure it was Tommy Cooper who off-stage was beating a drum for a while before a show, then waltzed in, ceased playing, sighed and said 'ah, you can't beat a drum'. LEGEND
