I got a free haircut and I went to a free barbeque. I left some pocket change on the plastic serving table for a donation to the organization as I left without saying a word. Who was that masked man?

Going to the library

Nearly every morning, my neighbour parks outside my house and listens to the radio very loud. This is before 6am. I finally got fed up of this today so I poured a jug of cold water out of the window onto his car and he turned the sound down. Then he walked off and left his door open so his car alarm was going off for hours and I thought 'uh oh this is becoming a feud.'

So I went outside when I saw him in his car, and asked if he'd seen the water I'd poured on it, he said yes and I said there was no other way to get his attention. I didn't want to be shouting so early in the morning and he wouldn't have heard over the radio and car engine anyway.

I asked if he could keep the noise down so early in the morning. He apologised and said he is fairly deaf after working with machinery for years. I said if he sees water poured on his car, he knows he should turn the radio down.

So there was no drama and no feud, we just had a laugh.

I have so many groceries I shouldn't need anything for a week, and some things I'm stocked for several weeks or more.

Dean, Barb and I went to see Susan this morning. The four of us are really good friends. She lives in a group home but we kept in touch.

Everything.
I want to move to the UK
Even if its apparently having 'extreme weather'.
The extreme weather is mild in comparison to ours.

Those damned albatrosses have proved elusive.
Perhaps we'll see one when we go to Brighton.

Been promised a freaking albatross.
Haven't even seen a squirrel yet.
But I'm loving everything...

Yes but searching is half the fun.

My jumping spider friend, Mr. Spider, has returned. I thought he left as I had not seen him in a couple weeks. But he must have just been off hunting for bugs to eat since he has come back to hang out around my desk.
