Found a cheap shampoo that says it does what I want of a shampoo, looked up reviews of it and found that it hits way above its price point.

After a day my hair looks greasy. After two days I look like a homeless person. After three it looks like I've never showered in my life. "Unshampoo" be damned, I've tried that, I just need a shampoo to dry me the f**k out.

You can't tell me that modern movies don't just plain suck for lack of effort.

I've finally figured out how to record screamy vocals and have them sound the way I'd like; or more so, I figured out what I need to do after I've recorded them.

Just to take up space.

My new avatar. It's hard to tell which one I am, isn't it? Good.

There are five houses within walking distance of me that I can see myself owning. Four of them are small colonials with no extra empty gables or other pointless embellishments, in a neighborhood of 90's construction with lots of pointless embellishments that do nothing but increase cost. The fifth house is a pretty ranch in a neighborhood of new houses that are unnecessarily large, and pointlessly embellished. It, too, is out of my budget, but this is the neighborhood they've built where I've lived for 30 years, so these are the five houses I most closely identify with. I call them my houses. I walk past all five of them on my daily walk, usually in the middle of the night. So, it is an unusual pleasure to see them during the daylight. Today I've seen them all in the sunshine.

I've picked out my favorite. Now to figure out how to acquire it, lol.

I read today that some - very humorous and light-hearted - novel on the mafia in the pre-war Poland, written in the form of a tautogram, got published in Poland. I just sent an email to the publishing house that did it, asking if they aren't interested by any chance in publishing a similar humorous tautogram book again - mine wouldn't be as long as that other one though, as of now, but what's the problem with me writing some more chapters? :D I'm very happy at the thought my work might one day get published :D (I plan to finish also my two other novels that I started some time ago but they remain untouched for a long time). I wish I could finally get the status of the author - more precisely, the one of the longest tautogram story in my language - it is certainly the most wonderful thought that is now crossing my mind :D
