The McDonalds Chicken Mayo burger is a great deal when you add all the extra salad and pickles for free on it. Note of course I don't include the mayo.

It seems to trip some people up when I ask for something with meat in it, and something vegan. The vegan option is usually to exclude egg as a usual ingredient. Like cake.

I know it's funny and absurd, to ever try to measure and quantify concepts of divine favors and love-based blessings.

I abruptly turned from my usual music and radio offerings to listen to WFMT in Chicago. This is the classical station I listened to growing up; My mother had it on.

I am finding it very calming, as much for the even, steady mid-western announcers as for the music.

Figured out what was wrong all weekend since perhaps thursday
Asked xh who told me how to fix it
It didnt work until about 6 or 7.
Even so it didn't affect the house as it was boiling n had absorbed all that heat n AC isnt v strong anf home is structured (stacked) in such a way as to render AC inefficient and relatively ineffectual once home is already hot

So i cdnt sleep well the past few nights but last nite i cdnt sleep at all till 3.50 AM this morning or so
N very dizzy had headache jusy like previous nights etc
From heat
So XH came with kids to drop them off as usual (he wants them sunday overnight to mobday at 7)
And i was sleeping
Didbt wake up k*e i usually do

Woke at 8.30
Realized what must have happened
Phone was dead
Immediately put on contacts n drove ..phone charging in car.. Turned it on as soon as i cd..

Told xh i realized whay happened.. Im closr to ur home.. I will pik up
He said no the nurse came here everythings ok i want to keep them etc
(When i kept saying i will at least take the funny one)
u just pick them up at 1 and keep them till tomorrow (till tom 5.30 pm)

So now im trying yo wake up.. Feel v off.. The heat has bern makinh me dizzy n headache
. now realize why i had meltdowns galore
N of course i realised yestetday why the elder kept stumbling n falling in odd ways

The heat in my home is crazy n fans dont help
Plus the funny one ruined 2 large fans i boughht
By stuffing pencils n different items thru the tiny holes when they werent working
(U cannot take it apart to remove).. I had bern able to remove them the first time he did it but not after

N one was broken because elder n him both stood on it

Plus even with AC workong our home is hot so withoyt ...imagine

Any pro athlete who puts their team at risk during coronavirus deserves to be sacked. I don't care if they play for Celtic or Aberdeen or Sevco or a different sport or what. Don't go out and do risky s**t, just stick to the laws & then some.

There's a difference between how we categorize things and truth.

I just did a court appearance via zoom and although I obtained my objective, which was to get counsel for my client, I feel I did not express myself as well as I could have and this has left me with a bad feeling in my guts.
