Best time (in my area) is between 8pm and 10pm in my local supermarket. It's pretty quiet then, and some items are reduced in price.

Worst time is Friday afternoon - very busy, lots of people stocking up for the weekend.

No I actively hate it, like most condiments, the texture and taste does not agree with me.
