Barb and I went to get some free groceries and clothes at a church today. We went to a local restaurant for hot drinks afterwards. She had coffee and I had tea.

One of my prayers came true. I have my dad's poor appetite now. I'm ready to have lunch for dinner. That will start next Wednesday evening. I can feel my mum's high energy coming on now.
