Last night when I was in bed, my bone in my leg was so hurting, I felt a really sharp pain in my bone, it was like my leg was broken, but it wasn’t. My leg still hurt, but it is better than last night, I’m a slow healer.

Feeling gutted.
I meant to post this song yesterday.
Tonight he's passed on.
It's so strange how that happens.

I met him years ago at a hotel sauna.
I even mentioned saunas today.

It happens a lot, not that it makes it feel any different.

I'm unhappy because I need to work on conditioning and I hate running.
I just hate being useless even more, it's embarrassing to gas-out before guys who are older than me.
