I'm feeling a tad jealous watching Love on the Spectrum, and feeling extremely annoyed with Google. With all that AI, it should work better.

I still think it's funny.
It's about my sister and her boyfriend.
They've been going since high school, but...

My sister's a college graduate, with a stable job and had a huge career ahead of her.
She's becoming more and more like my mom, only a bit reserved.

While her boyfriend's a high school graduate at best, no stable job, hangs out a lot out, lives off from the house for years now, and all notable thing about him was his rather expensive hobby with motorcycles.
He's basically a still growing teenager with a body older than mine.


Everyone, EVERYONE I've told off about it all tells me that they should break up.
He doesn't deserve her, she needs someone better and more equal or greater...

I don't ever try and interfere with anyone who tries to associate with her. Not especially her damnable love life. I'd rather deem her capable of fending for herself.
And if someone, IF someone forces my hand to do anything about it? I'd do as she will. And I can do worse if cutting the ties isn't enough.

Beginner's contact lens usage, day 2.

I think I like it.

It's as if I'm already used to it wearing all day. Well, so far 9+ hours straight.
Though I've yet to get used to putting it on without a problem. Otherwise I had no issues so far, and I've learned how to take it off fast.

I just had to be meticulous about it and be careful about where I expose myself.
Better find a very clear face shield as soon as I get my salary.


Unlike my glasses, it'll eventually hurt my head, and probably strain other of my facial muscles by mere touch and weight.


No headaches yet. No persistent itches yet. No issues yet. No annoyances, not even sensory issues yet.

The closest would be dry eyes, but this is normal for me.
Thus my long annoying habit of rubbing my eyes because it was very sensitive...

Heck, the contacts might as well solved my easily irritated eyes issue as well.

At least it can be remedied with eye drops or drinking more water if it's actually dry.
The only part I have to watch out from myself is the damn flare from rhinitis.

Why isn’t the melatonin working?

For the past few years I've consciously put a lot of effort into masking, however I feel better mentally than in over a decade. Life was much worse when I tried to act "naturally". Maybe I should keep going like this indefinitely. The only downside is the tiredness, but I'm allocating a lot of time for sleep & recovery.

Life is complicated.

There's no excuse for throwing wee at kids.

Especially not politics.

If someone agreed with me and started doing that, I would disown them and say 'they're not with us'.

Why are people with the benefit of hindsight trying to justify it on twitter?

I have to make a phone call later. Ugh.
