The main character in the audiobook I'm listening to at the moment has the same name as me, both first and last name. It's too spooky, because both my names aren't even that common.
Yes I know most people would be pleased to see their name or names in a story, but I've always felt embarrassed whenever seeing my name anywhere.

I'm dreading if they name a hurricane after my name. It'd probably happen to be the worst hurricane in history and everyone will start making jokes about my name and I'd never hear the end of it.

I've never liked attention called to my name, that's all. Probably a self-esteem/self-loathing issue.

Unable to sleep.
