Allergy symptoms

The doctor appointment I booked in advance on my NHS app isn't showing up any more, which means I have to actually phone the surgery to make another one, and I hate phoning the surgery.

Such a difficult day today with my cptsd. Really dreadful memories have come to the surface. I'm piecing it all together now and it makes for the shittest picture I could have ever imagined. FFS

It's perhaps a blessing that I have been absent for most of my life due to dissociating. I don't think I could have got through this otherwise.

Anxiety. The heat is intense today.

I have so much to do today.

I almost lost a tooth from getting hit in the jaw the other week and in my jaw bone the area around the tooth hurts all the time now. F

Nightmare

So much rain. I hope the worms stay safe. I worry about them when they are on the road and sidewalk. I imagine they are happier in the grass.

I think my hernia has gotten worse. It hurts a lot.

I don't know where to start on my lawn work.
