had a bad dream last night.

I think I have heat exhaustion since I keep vomiting and feel really nauseous + lightheaded. The only thing that's happened is it has been really hot for two days, and the hotter it gets the worse I feel. I've been trying to sleep but I think that's just making it worse.

Do you have AC?

One thing that helps me is running cold water on the underside of my wrists. It really helps. As for the exhaustion, light headedness and nausea please try to take it easy. Drink a lot of water because you could be dehydrated. Have some salt too if you can stomach it. Are you able to eat?

Eating too much at a social event that was held at my church earlier today.

Listening to a webinar on the Ontario governments plan to privatize Developmental services. This is not going to end well.

Wanting to help people and not really having the first clue how you do that.

My mom complaining about the house not being clean enough the way she wants it to be.

I accidentally hit my eye, I was pushing my hair away from my eye & I accidentally hit last week, it really hurt last week, tears runny down my face, it still hurts a little bit. My upper arms are hurting & my wrist is hurting too cuz of my psoriatic arthritis.

My cousin is all drama.

What's that all about? I haven't heard that.

My panic disorder is hitting hard.

Amazon sent me scented cat litter instead of unscented.
I didn't notice until I poured it.
It's so sickly strong I had to throw it out, open all the windows, and run all the air purifiers.
Even the cats are acting sick from the smell.

What are these people thinking to invent stuff like that?

My monthly insurance cost is changing.

Oh and now my dog crapped in the cellar, which means he's sick.

Maybe it's from the insipid cat litter perfume stench.

Could this day possibly get any better?

I can imagine the advertising slogan for it now.

Why suffer with the smell of cat urine/faeces when you can blend it into an unique new vomit inducing disgusting smell.

I was being very frugal last time I went shopping and bought a different brand of toilet paper than usual but didn't have my glasses on so only checked prices. It became apparent when it was used why it was cheaper , it was scented with some awful fake floral scent which my bum didn't mind but blowing your nose was a new experience - bleargh. It was a large quantity as well so been suffering a while

Ohhhhh that's just wrong!

Why why why do they think people need super-chemical artificial scents strong enough to kill steel?

I'm sequestered upstairs to avoid the litter smell even though it's all in the trash now (outside).

I can't even get back downstairs to deal with the dog doo.

Cats hate scented litter so why is it even made??
