Rainy rainy days. Wishing there won't be any rainy noons.

Turns out there is a tropical storm headed our way and I am still processing the election. I want to get off until I catch up. :D

Congratulations GreenMountain37! That is wonderful news.

@AnonymousAnonymous - lots of things can cause leg spasms. Depending on cause, they can be relieved with heat or cold (depends), calcium supplements, TENS. Meds include baclofen, valium, flexoril and more. She probably should see a doctor.

It would depend on the cause of the spasms.

In some cases physical therapy can help, however certain neurological conditions that cause spasms or some spinal dysfunctions, will likely need different treatments. If she hasn't already, she should consult with her doctor. It could also very well be something simple like muscle fatigue or a vitamin deficiency, but it's good to consult a doctor.

Loud noises scare the s**t out of my worthless corpse. (Suspect medical etiology).

Civil unrest

Gone haywire

Gone to pieces

Too enthusiastic

Spirit

Enthusiasm has a quota and limit. Lil dips**ts act so f*****g enthusiastic about way too many things. It's like, how the f**k is it even possible?

Adrenal fatigue

Maybe the current scales condition is punishment for failing to shower.

Pubic hair like a jungle

Too exhausted to do anything except lie down and play with the phone.

She has done so already and her doctor was the one who recommended using a cane.

My NT sister and I will continue to pull out all the stops to make sure our mom doesn't hurt herself.

Also, a neighbor suggested we buy tonic water for our mom to drink believing that the benefits associated with drinking tonic water may help our mom. I bought a bottle earlier today and at first it tasted awful. Then, I mixed it with another drink and it tasted better.

Hm it's strange that the doctor only recommended a cane. In some states you can go to physical therapy without a referral, so that could be an option. I'm not sure about tonic water. If it has certain ingredients, it may have mild muscle relaxing effects, but of course these won't provide total relief for severe spasms like medicine would. That said, there's the potential for a placebo effect with homeopathic remedies. If your mom tends to believe in things like that, it's possible it could be beneficial for her.

Time will be painfully slower now.

Hopefully it will stay this way.

Tonic water has a lot of quinine in it, so it could be beneficial for her.

Hard to tell these days what’s a normal (for me) random pain, what’s a chemo-related pain, and what’s a potentially concerning (blood clot or some such thing) pain :|

I registered for an online banjo class learning "Songs of Hope."

The class runs from 6:30 to 8 pm, which I thought would be okay. I tend to turn in early, but figured I could make it until 8 pm with a semi-functioning brain.

Turns out that is Central Time. 8O Way past my bedtime. It is 5:30 pm now and the class doesn't even start until 7:30 my time and I'm already foggy headed.

Bye.

Barring anything weird happening, I'm gonna try staying off this site til Sunday.

I think that will pick up my mood.

This site is acting as a trigger to make me wonder if there's something I should hate about myself. Making me feel weird for not indulging in self hatred.

Don Knotts should have played Daren's weird eccentric mortal uncle. Daren needed to have a weird mortal uncle. Don Knotts would have been perfect for that. This is a messed up universe. How do I tap into the right universe?

Practical answer:
Take a break. :D

Not-practical answer:
You might be an empath.
And ended up being swept by the rowdy 'atmosphere'. Notice that you're in synch with one.

Just kidding.

But seriously -- :|
Perhaps somewhere in your mind something reminds you of something...
That something are likely certain questions or thoughts observed within this very site.
One likely to do with challenging ideals and beliefs.

Otherwise...

Take care of yourself.
