Came home to find Elvis, the pheasant demolishing my veg patch. Kind of peeved because I fed him all winter while he had a limp, now he's fine and pecking at my baby spinach. Maybe he have to die?

I remember I used to like watching a TV show with horses called Follyfoot.

One program had a guy ask another, "What time do you call this then? Half past mucking out time!"
My mother thought he had sworn
And it didn't matter how much I tried to explain what mucking out was
She refused to let me watch it
Because she was always right even when she was wrong.
